All in-person CPABC PD has been suspended until the end of August and has converted the majority of our in-person seminars to online-virtual offerings. Find all COVID-19 related seminars here.

You will find titles in all of our main subject areas – Accounting & AssuranceFinanceInformation & Business TechnologyPeople Management & Personal Development; Public Practice ManagementStrategy, Governance, Risk & HRTaxation; and Wealth Management. Some of these titles are offered in conjunction with our partners, K2E, ProDio and CFI, but the majority were recorded from our live in-person seminars.

Please consult the PD website for changes and updates.

Please note that some CPA Canada and other business organizations’ webinars and podcasts may not be eligible for verifiable CPD, but can be reported as unverifiable CPD hours. For more information on the criteria for verifiable CPD, please consult the CPABC website.

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is committed to providing employers – including those who can now benefit as a result of the enhanced CEWS – with the information and resources they need to apply and benefit from this important economic measure. Resources can be found on CRA’s Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy Web page, including the Frequently asked questions - Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy and the CRA's Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy Calculator. To complement these resources, the CRA will host a series of interactive question and answer sessions for eligible employers and stakeholder organizations.

Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy (CEWS) Question & Answer Sessions

If you are interested in participating in one of these sessions, please respond by email to matthew.hohnsbehn@cra-arc.gc.ca with the session # and a confirmation email will be sent containing the WebEx link and other important information. Space is limited.
