Lori Mathison is the President and CEO of CPABC, leading the organization’s Executive Management Committee and representing the province on the national Council of Chief Executives for the Canadian CPA profession. Previously, Lori was the managing partner of the Vancouver office of Dentons Canada LLP, where she was a partner in Denton’s Tax Law group and practiced both tax and corporate law for almost 20 years.
Lori is a governor and a past chair of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. She sits on the strategic advisory board of the Counter Illicit Finance Alliance, the board of the CPA Western School of Business, the faculty advisory board of the UBC Sauder School of Business, and the Dean’s Advisory Committee for the UBC Centre for Business Law.
Chris is a partner in Deloitte’s business tax group working with clients in the financial services, technology, real estate, and shipping sectors. He joined Deloitte in 2001 from Intrawest Corporation, a Canadian headquartered multinational public company. He now serves clients from across Canada and around the world. He brings over 30 years of experience in both public practice and industry, where he has continuously dealt with global tax planning, compliance management, and reporting.
He is the past board chair of the Arts Club Theater of Vancouver Society and its charitable foundation and currently serves as a board member of Advantage BC.
