Inter-Provincial Transfers (Members from other Provinces or Territories)
To apply for Affiliate Membership with CPABC; please complete the Affiliate Membership Application Package. This package consists of two documents: The Affiliate Application and Provincial Confirmation Forms.
Please ensure you have completed all of the following prior to submitting your membership application form. Please note: Membership applications with outstanding requirements or requirements in progress will not be processed.
- The Affiliate Application Form is to be completed in full by the Applicant and sent to email@example.com.
- The Provincial Confirmation Form is to be sent to all Provinces and/or Territories in which applicants are currently a member; to complete and return to CPA BC on your behalf.

Signature Requirements for All Membership Applications
CPABC requires an original signature from the Applicant as a part of the Character Declaration.
