Educators

CPAEF is proud to support CPABC members working in education, from high school through to academia. Here are resources and opportunities available to further your efforts both in the classroom and in academic research.

The CPAEF Speaker Series helps post-secondary institutions bring PD to their accounting educators by providing funding of up to $2,500 twice a year to bring a speaker of their choice to their school. Please note that preference will be given to applications where the speaker content can be shared with faculty from more than one institution, or where faculty from more than one institution will be invited to attend. Access the application form.

Deadline for submissions: Spring/Summer Call by February 28; Fall/Winter Call by August 15.

The CPAEF hosts a biennial Accounting Educators' and Academics’ Symposium. CPABC members who are accounting educators in BC are invited to attend this unique opportunity to learn and exchange ideas about the latest developments in the accounting profession.
