After a successful turnout on June 27, CPABC Vancouver Chapter members, guests, and volunteers gathered at David Lam Park for the Shoreline Cleanup Party, combining community service with an opportunity to connect with fellow professionals. Although the morning began under cloudy skies, the weather soon cleared, providing the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable day outdoors.
Participants worked together to help keep Vancouver's waterfront clean, collecting two full bags of litter during the cleanup. The event highlighted the positive impact that small collective efforts can have on the local community and environment. Beyond the cleanup itself, the event provided a great opportunity for members to reconnect with colleagues, meet new faces, and share a rewarding experience while giving back. Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and helped make the Shoreline Cleanup Party a success. We look forward to continuing to support our community through future Chapter events.
