The Vancouver Chapter - Run on the Seawall event was a refreshing and energizing afternoon spent enjoying the outdoors and connecting with fellow participants. Starting from Sunset Beach Park, the group gathered before setting out along the scenic route toward Stanley Park. With beautiful weather and waterfront views, participants embraced a relaxed, conversational pace, making it easy to build new connections while staying active.
The 5K out-and-back run allowed attendees to adjust their pace and distance as needed, with informal groups forming to suit different comfort levels.
