In these uncertain times, CPABC is concerned about the health and wellness of our members, students and candidates. Consequently, all local chapter events, which include chapter PD, social networking, community engagement and student/candidate events, are on hold until further notice.

To provide ongoing professional development opportunities, CPABC has expanded the number of complimentary and paid online offerings:

And, chapter social networking and community engagement events will resume when it is safe to do so. Until then, stay safe, practice social distancing and keep well.

Licensed public practitioners Invited to CRA liaison meeting
CPABC has organised a practitioners’ liaison meeting with the Canada Revenue Agency in Vancouver on January 23, 2020 and in Surrey on February 6, 2020. Members licensed for public practice are invited to meet some of the senior staff at the local tax service office and listen to a few brief presentations.
