- Tom was admitted to partnership at Chan Nowosad Boates Inc. (CNB) less than three years after receiving his CPA, reflecting his leadership, technical knowledge, and growth in his client portfolio.
- He led the opening of CNB’s second office in 2017 and helped increase CNB’s staff from 45 to 65. He also strengthens CNB’s talent pipeline by mentoring co-op students, contributing to CNB winning Camosun College’s 2024 Top Business Co-op Employer Award.
- Tom has helped raise over $500,000 for local charities as board member and treasurer of the Comox Valley Charity Golf Classic since 2020.
