With Vancity (2012-20), she helped shape the credit union’s strategic direction, digital transformation, and governance frameworks; as Audit Committee chair she guided integration of financial and sustainability reporting, reinforcing VanCity’s role as a leader in environmental and social responsibility.
At Powerex Corporation, Teresa served as its first female president and CEO (2005-17), creating significant business growth and leading a successful settlement of the 2000 California power crisis litigation.
