Host: Francis Rodricks | Seniors Coordinator
CPABC Financial Literacy Program is presented by industry advocates who are connected to the field and hence the advice is contemporary and current.
The program coordinator was able to facilitate the program in multiple languages thereby reaching more members within the community and encouraging barrier free engagement, benefitting non- English speakers as well.
Facilitators were able to provide relevant information and resources to participants through the question and answer sessions which was very helpful to the community.
Host: Sharon Wong, ADST Department Head, Business
We decided to have CPABC come in to speak to our CLE10s through the Financial Literacy Program because of their expertise in the field. We feel that having professionals come to reinforce what we teach makes the information "real".
When we can bring outside/real professionals into the school, students benefit because they connect with professionals. Since most people understand debt to be a bad thing, one particular piece that surprises both staff and students is the idea that there is good debt. Having students understand the importance of finance literacy is so important, and this program helps us get the message across!

Over the past several years, we have hosted many webinars with the CPABC Financial Literacy Program. Their presenters are consistently knowledgeable, engaging, and able to break down complex information in a way that’s easy to understand. Every session they have presented for us offers something new, and the response from our community has been overwhelmingly positive. People keep coming back because the content is so relevant and helpful. The CPABC team is wonderful to work with and truly dedicated to making a difference. Thank you!!

Thank you for your message and for the opportunity to work with CPABC. We were thrilled to host Han Shu's “Building Wealth in Canada” session on May 6, which was an outstanding experience for our Tech Connect program participants and staff.
We brought CPABC’s Financial Literacy Program to our organization because we believe financial knowledge is a cornerstone of successful integration and long-term stability for newcomers. Han’s workshop was engaging, practical, and inspiring. Many of our participants shared how much they appreciated her clear insights and real-world strategies. Several have already asked if she could return for another session!
