Chapter Supports Local Students and Members Community

The CPABC Richmond/S.Delta Chapter has made a $2,000 donation to the CPABC Benevolent Fund and the CPA Education Foundation of BC (CPAEF) from their 2019/20 PD surplus.
The Benevolent Fund provides short term immediate financial support to CPABC members facing financial hardship as a result of job loss, health or other unforeseen circumstances. The fund was established over 85 years ago and has helped many members along the way.
The CPAEF supports the advancement of accounting education in B.C. The chapter’s ongoing support is directed to Kwantlen Polytechnic University for awards for local accounting students.
