CPABC was proud to participate in the Burnaby Intercultural Planning Table (BIPT) ‘Self-Employment Road Map Conference’ held on Wednesday, February 13.  The conference theme was entrepreneurship and self-employment for newcomers and welcomed an audience of 120 newcomer delegates. 

The BIPT consists of representatives from Burnaby Family Life, ISSofBC, SUCCESS, SFU, Douglas College, Vancity, the Burnaby Board of Trade, Burnaby Public Library and MOSAIC.  CPABC was proud to attend as a guest exhibitor with special guests Sarb Mund, CPA, CMA and Stewart Marshall, CPA, CMA leading the roundtable business discussion on entrepreneurship as a CPA.
