Catalyst for Change: A Roadmap to a Stronger Charitable Sector

A Special Senate Committee on the Charitable Sector was established in 2018 to examine the impact of laws and policies governing the sector in Canada. After holding extensive consultations with charities, non-profit, and volunteer groups, the Committee released its findings and recommendations in late June 2019.
