CPABC Career Week is an all-in-one event featuring career workshops, employer info sessions, career fairs, and numerous networking opportunities with hiring managers, HR professionals, and recruitment experts!
From January 17-19, 2023, over 600 participants and 28 exhibitors registered to take part in CPABC’s hybrid recruitment event to network and engage with their peers on important career topics. Here’s a recap of how the week unfolded!
Designed to help jobseekers navigate through their professional endeavors, participants tuned into three career workshops ahead of the exciting exhibitor engagements programmed throughout the week. These workshops were recorded so that participants could catch the sessions they couldn't watch live:
Hosted virtually on Hopin, 16 organizations showcased their unique culture and diverse career opportunities in accounting and/or finance, including:
A quick and effective way to meet hiring managers and recruitment professionals one-on-one, over 500 virtual speed networking sessions took place on CPABC’s virtual event platform.
Hosted in-person at the Vancouver Convention Centre on January 19, over 160 attendees met with 22 exhibitors to expand their network and explore exciting career opportunities in business, accounting, and finance. Organizations from industry, government, and public practice showcased their diverse workplaces and hiring opportunities.
