Adrianna Stange, The Mullings Group
Adrianna is an Executive Search Consultant with The Mullings Group, a global search firm, based in the Okanagan Valley. She holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and has spent the past decade recruiting across North America, from individual contributors through C-suite roles in forestry, manufacturing, mining, professional services, family offices, and medical technology.
Prior to executive search, Adrianna led in-house recruitment for Kal Tire, Tolko, and the Jim Pattison Group. She frequently works on finance and accounting leadership searches and specializes in searches requiring relocation to smaller markets.
Adrianna currently serves as Board President for the Greater Vernon Museum and Archives Society and Chair of CPHR BC & Yukon's Southern Interior Advisory Council. She has previously served on the boards of the Peachland Wellness Centre and Okanagan College's Program Advisory Committee.
Emily Dietrich, BCAA
A values-driven and results-oriented DEI practitioner, Emily has over 4 years of experience in implementing DEI strategies that foster both individual growth and organizational transformation. Emily currently manages the DEI Program at BCAA, designing and delivering initiatives and activities that drive cultural awareness, dismantle bias and promote accessibility in the workplace for approximately 1400 employees across the province.
