Lori Mathison, FCPA, LLB
President & CEO, CPABC

Lori Mathison is the President and CEO of CPABC, leading the organization’s Executive Management Committee and representing the province on the national Council of Chief Executives for the Canadian CPA profession. Previously, Lori was the managing partner of the Vancouver office of Dentons Canada LLP, where she was a partner in Denton’s Tax Law group and practiced both tax and corporate law for almost 20 years.

Lori is a governor and a past chair of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. She sits on the strategic advisory board of the Counter Illicit Finance Alliance, the board of the CPA Western School of Business, the faculty advisory board of the UBC Sauder School of Business, and the Dean’s Advisory Committee for the UBC Centre for Business Law.

J. Alain LeFebvre


J. Alain D. LeFebvre, FCPA

J. Alain D. LeFebvre is a retired office managing partner (KPMG Prince George), where he was an audit partner with clients in the public sector, not-for-profit entities, charities, owner-managed enterprisesand government funded organizations. Alain is a seasoned board director who holds the ICD.D designation. He has held a number of board director positions in not-for-profits and has been a part of the Community Living movement, having served on Prince George Association for Community Living (AiMHi), the BC Association for Community Living (now Inclusion BC), and its foundation. In addition to being the current chair of the CPABC board, Alain is a director and audit committee chair of the Prince George Airport Authority, Community Living British Columbia, and the Northern Health Authority.
