Calling all CPAs and guests to the 65th Annual Golf Tournament being held at Mayfair Lakes Golf & Country Club. Sign up as a team or as a single player and we will match you. Come and enjoy a complete 18 holes of golf, shot-gun start, a fabulous traditional buffet dinner and excellent prizes.

Time:
Registration Desk opens at 12:00 pm. Golfers should arrive at the course no later than 12:30 pm in order to sign in, warm up, meet their foursome, grab a quick bite and get to their starting hole. Shotgun start at 1:00 pm sharp.

Two fun formats to choose from:
- Play your own ball - for the more "serious" golfer.
- Scramble Team Play - excellent format for the novice golfer (minimum of 3 tee shots from each member of the foursome).
Please note that golf attire, collared shirts and slacks, is required. Steel spikes are not permitted on the course.
