Our recent networking event at Greta Bar YVR brought together CPABC members, candidates, students, and guests for a relaxed and engaging evening in Gastown.
The arcade setting offered a great backdrop for connecting, with a wide range of games—from classics like Donkey Kong and Tetris to air hockey and basketball—giving people an easy way to interact and break the ice. The reserved space allowed everyone to move comfortably between games and conversations, creating a natural flow throughout the evening.
Guests also enjoyed a selection of shared appetizers and drinks, which added to the casual and welcoming atmosphere. It was a great opportunity to catch up with familiar faces and meet new ones in a setting that felt both social and comfortable.
Overall, it was a great evening that struck a nice balance between networking and unwinding, and we’re glad to have brought the CPABC community together in a more informal setting.
