On July 16th, the Vancouver Chapter gathered at Everett Crowley Park. Everyone had a great time learning about the local natural habitat and working together to remove English Ivy, an invasive species. In just two hours, we managed to gather a large pile of ivy, along with a few mosquito bites and plenty of muddy clothes! Participants built their knowledge and skills in local ecosystems and contributed to the biodiversity and the re-naturalization of the park.
Thank you to everyone that joined us at this event!
