What were we doing a year ago?

In the summer of 2019, the CPABC Surrey/North Delta Chapter hosted their Annual Chapter Event (ACE), Annual Golf Event and volunteered at the Nightshift Street Ministries in June. Later in August, the chapter held a family friendly mini golf event at Hi-Knoll Driving Range  and a wine tasting event where attendees tasted wines from Australia, Argentina, New Zealand, USA and Canada.

The Annual Chapter Event, at Guilford Golf and Country Club, was the chapter’s official kick-off to the summer season. Over 50 CPA members, candidates, and students attended the event for an opportunity to network with fellow CPA’s, enjoy a delicious buffet dinner while hearing an inspiring presentation by author and motivation coach, Sam Thiara.

Fast forward to 2020….

Due to COVID-19, all chapter events are on hold. But, you can still enjoy the outdoors. We encourage you to venture out and enjoy the many nature trails around Surrey. Take a selfie and share it with us on twitter @cpa_bc using #cpabc.

We’re looking forward to connecting in person once it is safe to do so. Until then, be sure to practice social distancing.
