Richmond/South Delta Chapter - Team Building and Leadership Training

On June 22nd, nearly 70 CPA members and candidates got together at KPU Richmond Campus Melville Centre to attend Richmond/South Delta Chapter's first in-person Learning Event of the year, led by Mr. Doug McCann, a dynamic speaker and leadership trainer.

Doug is truly a remarkable presenter, offering a deep dive into the evolving world of leadership. Participants were engaged in exploring the fundamentals of Behaviour Based Leadership™ and discovering their own unique leadership styles. The session provided valuable insights into team dynamics and the importance of engagement in leadership. Attendees left with a heightened awareness of the leadership landscape and practical tools to lead their teams more effectively in today's fast-paced environment. Attendees got to enjoy interactive activities to see where their personalities aligned with other CPAs.
