Richmond/South Delta Chapter Fitness Social Event Recap

23 CPA members, candidates and their guests came out to work out on Feb 11 at United Barbell Club.
The warm up was followed by more intense work out such as squat, weight training, push up and the plank. We wrapped up with relaxing breathing exercises. Although we sweat a lot, it was great to meet everyone and reconnect with fellow CPAs and guests. We were rewarded with a delicious healthy meal after the hard work out. Some enthusiastic members continued to work out after lunch.
We look forward to seeing everyone again at the future event.
