Professional Networking Event Recap – 10,000 Steps a Day
The CPABC Richmond/South Delta Chapter hosted an online professional networking event - 10,000 Steps a Day on November 17, 2021 that was attended by over 30 members, students and candidates.
The event featured a 30-minute fitness class led by the Richmond/South Delta Chapter’s own, June Lee. She demonstrating how to add steps to your day by walking on the spot and moving your body for health, fitness, and stress-reducing benefits – all from the comfort of your home.
Feeling re-energized following the class, attendees had an opportunity to connect with each other in two Zoom breakout room sessions.
The event concluded with a rousing game of Olympics Trivia where prizes were awarded to quick-thinking participants who were the first to answer correctly.
CPABC Chapters across the province have been hosting various online professional networking events with more planned. Members, candidates and students are welcome to attend any of these ZOOM events from the comfort of their own home or office. Check out the chapter websites for future events and watch for chapter emails.
Stay connected and be #CPAproud.
