Recap: Chapter Virtual Coffee Event  Event Recap

On December 11, 2020, the CPABC North Shore/Sunshine Coast Chapter held their first online social networking event since April when the pandemic halted in-person chapter activities.
A dozen members attended a “virtual coffee” event to share stories, reconnect with old friends and support each other.

This breakfast event featured a “bakers contest” with prizes awarded to attendees who baked pastries or muffins - winners included June, Niki and Arnel (who knew that the chapter chair was also such an extraordinary baker!?).   The door prize was won by Jeff.  

Participants were also invited to wear their favourite leisure suit.  And, many did just that as you can see from the photo.

The chapter is planning future events to keep members, candidates and students connected.  Watch for upcoming events.  And email the chapter if you have any ideas for future events which will be hosted online until it is safe to meet in-person (expected in late summer 2021).
