Roderic is a Senior Manager at KPMG in Canada, based in Vancouver, working for the national KPMG Business School (KBS) team. This team is part of the Audit Quality subset of the Department of Professional Practice. In this role he helps drive audit quality through overseeing the deployment of Audit Foundations and other baseline courses for both auditors and specialists involved in audits. Additionally, he works on audits of PCAOB mining entities.
Before taking on his currently role, he has worked in the Energy and Natural Resources Audit team at KPMG in Canada, and the Corporate and Enterprise Audit team at KPMG New Zealand. Throughout this time, he worked on a range of entities from small private enterprise under ASPE to large multinationals reporting under PCAOB.
Roderic is also the lead of the Global Pride@KPMG group. In his work for the Global Pride@KPMG network, he helps drive the global ambition for LGBTQ+ inclusion in line with KPMGs goals, and inclusion statement, always taking into consideration the trends in each member firm’s country.
In all these roles he has the opportunity to work in several areas of the business, ultimately with the goal of making sure KPMGs teams are providing clients, and the market, with the highest quality audit engagements.
