Matthew (Hyunyoung) Kim is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive experience supporting multinational organizations in the retail, consumer products, financial services, and public accounting sectors. His career includes key roles at Deloitte, IKEA, and PepsiCo, where he built deep expertise in financial reporting, planning, tax, internal controls, audit, and treasury operations.
Matthew holds several professional designations from Canada and the United States, including CPA, US CPA, and CFA Charterholder. He brings strong technical knowledge across IFRS, US GAAP, audit methodologies, financial analysis, and P&L management. His academic background includes a Global MBA – completed in part in Korea – and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication from the United States.
