We are inviting CPAs in Yukon to attend a complimentary, 3-hour PD seminar on March 15th from 9am – 12pm.

This seminar is a member-only-event. Designated members of CPA Yukon may attend the session for free. Pre-registration is required. No substitutions are permitted.

Registration is limited, so register early to guarantee your spot.

Overview

This interactive workshop promises to be an incredibly stimulating and engaging morning that will give you a better understanding of how you can become a brand ambassador for the CPA profession.

  • How you can communicate the value of the Canadian CPA at your workplace, as a volunteer in your community or in your personal life
  • How you can communicate the value of the Canadian CPA to the business community at large and maintaining the public trust
  • Provide you with the tools to define your own CPA story to share 

Seminar Leader

HEATHER WHYTE, MBA, APR, CDMP is the Senior Vice-President, Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs at CPA Canada.  Her responsibilities include oversight of innovative, integrated marketing and communications, public interest and policy strategies, member and stakeholder engagement programs, content development and internal and external channel management, and management of cross-functional teams, processes and operating systems that drive domestic and global recognition of the value, relevance and influence of CPA Canada and the Canadian CPA designation.

Heather is an award-winning communications professional who has worked with large and small organizations across Canada. She has extensive experience in public relations and marketing in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.

Cancellation policy

If you registered for the session and fail to attend without notifying us in advance in writing (email) prior to the event date, a $20 no-show fee will be invoiced to you. We ask that members respect this policy to help reduce unnecessary costs.
