Get Involved

The Surrey/Langley/North Delta Chapter relies on the volunteer efforts of members like you to continue to deliver events and professional development opportunities in our community.

Volunteers are needed to assist with organizing:

  • Professional learning and development events;
  • Social and networking events;
  • Communications to members, including upcoming events and volunteer opportunities; and
  • Presentations at high schools and representing CPABC at local recruitment events.

CPA Canada’s – Financial Literacy Program

The mission of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s (CPA Canada) Financial Literacy Program is to give Canadians – from school-age children to seniors – the knowledge and confidence needed to make the best possible financial choices for their circumstances and to help individuals achieve the level of prosperity needed to accomplish their life goals.

The program provides free unbiased, functional and clear financial literacy information at the grassroots level through the national CPA member network. The face-to-face sessions target the following audiences: Adults, seniors, workplace, new Canadians, school (elementary and high school), post-secondary student, small & medium business and entrepreneurs.
