Henri is in his final term of his Post-Degree Diploma in Business Administration – Accounting Option at Camosun College’s School of Business. Before his induction into the accounting and business world, he completed a Bachelor of Science Honors degree with Distinction, majoring in Life Sciences, at Queen’s University.
Henri’s goal is to promote awareness of the accounting professional and foster curiosity for the profession in his fellow students. In his free time, Henri runs his own small financial services company performing payroll and bookkeeping services for his clients. Henri also works as a Staff Accountant at Hutcheson & Co. CPA LLP in Victoria and will be returning to full-time work in the new year.
Henri grew up in Campbell River and loves to go fishing when the opportunity strikes. He’s also an avid squash player, who formerly ran the Queen’s University Squash Club as its president for two consecutive years.
Recently, Henri has become a volunteer for The Institute of Internal Auditors, Vancouver Island Chapter; he is also a member of Camosun College’s Toastmasters International Club. Additionally, Henri is the Treasurer for the Civic Orchestra of Victoria.
