CPABC Network Series ‘What if my degree isn’t in Accounting?’

You may already know that you need a degree and 14 prerequisite accounting courses to get started in the CPA program. But did you know that the degree doesn’t have to be in accounting? Yes, it’s true! Many people who pursue the CPA program actually come from a variety of disciplines such as Science and Art degrees. Do you feel that changing your education is too big of a hurdle?

Join us on November 26, 2020 to hear from an inspiring panel of CPAs who were in that same position. Find out about their motivations to pursue further education, what led them to pursue the professional accounting program, and where they are now as CPAs.

The purpose of this event is to inspire and uplift. Sometimes all it takes for you to realize that you can do this too, is seeing someone who has already gone through it.

This event includes a brief panel discussion, followed by audience breakout rooms for small group networking with CPA panelists and staff.

RSVP deadline is Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Space is limited.
